Pricing and licensing

One license.
$1,199 a year.

Fulcrum is licensed for installation in your environment, not sold as a hosted subscription. One annual license covers the API, the dashboard, the CLI, and the MCP server. The record it builds is yours whether or not you renew.

Plans

Included

With a Vantalect engagement

Year one included

Every Vantalect engagement installs Fulcrum in your environment under a one-year license, so the engagement is measured with the same instrument at the start and the end.

  • The two-week Assessment or the six-week Embed
  • Installed in week one; your team logging its own leverage by week five
  • The full license, not a trial
  • After the first year, $1,199 per year, only if you choose to continue

Vantalect, LLC delivers the engagements. Fulcrum is a product of Renkara Media Group, Inc.

What you need to run it

A container host and a database.

Fulcrum was built to run on a small Fargate task behind a load balancer. It runs anywhere those two things exist.

A container host

The API ships as a container image built for ARM64 or x86: ECS, Kubernetes, or a single Docker host all work. The dashboard is static files behind any web server or CDN.

PostgreSQL 17

One database. Migrations run with Alembic on first boot; the derived factors are generated columns so no client can write a wrong one.

An identity provider

OpenID Connect sign-in for people. The fleet's own identity service ships with the Renkara tools if you do not have one; mutual TLS and API keys cover services and scripts.

FAQ

Questions people ask first.

Is there a hosted version?

No. Fulcrum is licensed for installation in your environment. The record it builds is the kind of thing a company should hold itself, and keeping it in your environment is the whole point of the license.

Does our data ever leave our environment?

Not unless you publish it. The optional snapshot contract produces a public build you can host yourself; nothing is sent to Renkara.

How do our agents write to it?

Through the MCP server, which exposes eight tools any MCP-capable agent can call at the end of a task; through the CLI from any shell; or through the REST API with an API key. All three import the same service layer.

What is the 31× on the home page?

Renkara's own measured record: 3,552 tasks logged since February 22, 2026, published in full at charlessieg.com/leverage. It is an upper-tail record of one operator with full product authority and no handoffs. Your number gets measured, not assumed.

Can more than one team use one license?

Yes. Users belong to teams, teams have leaderboards, and the license covers the installation, not a seat count.

What happens if we do not renew?

The license ends. The software you installed keeps running, your database stays yours, and you can export everything. There is no contract to cancel.

How does it get installed?

With the installation runbook and, if you want it done for you, inside a Vantalect engagement, which includes the first year of the license.

Measure it before you argue about it.

One annual license installs Fulcrum in your environment: the API, the dashboard, the CLI, and the MCP server your agents already know how to call. $1,199 per year. Included for a year with every Vantalect engagement.
